Millenium
Markers™ (0.5 – 9 kb): Millenium Markers are a mixture
of 10 discrete RNA transcripts with easy-to-remember sizes: 0.5,
1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 kb. These increments in marker
sizes allow accurate determination of single-stranded RNA transcript
sizes across a broad range. Biotinylated and unlabeled markers available
can be stained with EtBr either during or after electrophoresis,
or they can be end-labeled. |
| Ribonuclease Protection Assays |
| RNA Century™ Markers (100 – 1000
bases): RNA Century™ Markers are a set of 5 in vitro transcripts
of 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 bases. RNA Century™-Plus Markers
are a set of 7 in vitro transcripts of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 750
and 1000 bases. The Century Markers and Century Marker Templates are
ideal for use in isotopic and non-isotopic ribonuclease protection
assays and when single-stranded RNA size standards are needed for
denaturing gel electrophoresis. | Small RNA Molecule Analysis |
| Decade™ Markers (10 – 100 bases): Ambion’s Decade Marker System produces a set of radiolabeled RNA molecules of 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10 nucleotides. The Decade Marker System is particularly useful for research laboratories studying tRNA, snRNA, snoRNA and other small RNA molecules. |

The RNA 6000 Ladder is designed for use with the RNA 6000 LabChip® Kits and the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. The Ladder is composed of six RNA transcripts that produce distinct peaks of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, and 6.0 kb. |
