Ambion offers FirstChoice
Total RNA from a variety of normal human, mouse and
rat tissues and cell lines. The samples are processed
using Ambion's RNA isolation reagents to produce
highly pure, intact RNA. A stringent DNase treatment
is performed to ensure that the RNA is ready
for use in any downstream application.

RNAs: Most RNA isolation protocols
were developed for long messenger RNA and
are not optimized to recover small molecules.
Ambion has validated
that our isolation procedures efficiently
recover small RNA molecules and

FirstChoice® Human Total RNA Survey Panel:
10 µg pools of total RNA from 20 different normal, human tissues. Each pool
is comprised of RNA from at least 3 tissue donors and includes documentation
on each donor in the form of age, sex, race, cause of death, and diagnoses.
