TaqMan® Gene Expression Cells-to-CT™ Kit
This kit enables researchers to easily perform expression analysis of cultured cells
without purification of RNA. The kit includes reagents for cell lysis and RNA preservation,
genomic DNA removal, and reverse transcription (RT). The kit also includes TaqMan Gene Expression
Master Mix for use in subsequent real-time PCR analysis.

TaqMan® PreAmp Cells-to-CT™ Kit
The TaqMan PreAmp Cells-to-CT Kit makes it possible to perform gene expression analysis directly from limited or small numbers of cultured cells without RNA purification. The protocol includes an intermediate amplification step (pre-amplification) between reverse transcription and real-time PCR in which cDNA is enriched for up to 100 gene targets of the user's choice without amplification bias.

TaqMan® MicroRNA Cells-to-CT™ Kit
The TaqMan MicroRNA Cells-to-CT Kit makes it possible to perform microRNA (miRNA) expression profiling directly from cultured cells without RNA purification. The kit is the first to offer a simple, complete workflow for miRNA expression analysis from a few samples, or it can easily be incorporated into automated, high throughput applications.

TaqMan® Cells-to-CT™ Control Kit
Designed for use with the TaqMan Gene Expression Cells-to-CT Kit, this kit contains an endogenous control (ACTB) to normalize for sample loading variability and an artifical XenoRNA™ control and corresponding TaqMan Gene Expression Assay to monitor the effects of PCR inhibition.
