Deliver these miRNA-mimics directly into cells to achieve up-regulation of specific microRNA activity for insight into miRNA biological effects. Unlike plasmid-based miRNA expression, these chemically modified, double stranded nucleic acids are easy to transfect with minimal cellular stress, and their levels can be tightly regulated for precise dose response analysis.
