Ambion's Buffer Kit provides you with high quality, RNase free buffers for critical RNA analysis procedures. The kit consists of one 100 ml bottle of each of the following solutions: 1 M Tris pH 7.0, 1 M Tris pH 8.0, 5 M NaCl, 1 M MgCl2, 0.5 M EDTA pH 8.0, 2 M KCl, 5 M Ammonium Acetate, and DEPC-treated H2O. Ammonium Acetate is sterile filtered. All other solutions are autoclaved post-packaging to ensure sterility.
Quality Control
These reagents are rigorously tested for contaminating nonspecific endonuclease, exonuclease and RNase activity.
