flashPAGE Pre-cast Gels (Type A)
Ambion’s flashPAGE Pre-cast Gels (Type A) are a proprietary formulation of pre-cast polyacrylamide gels in storage buffer. These gels are designed for use with Ambion’s flashPAGE™ Fractionator and flashPAGE Buffer Kit (see below) for gel purification of nucleic acids < 100 nt.
Quality Control
Each lot of flashPAGE Pre-cast Gels is functionally tested using Ambion’s flashPAGE Buffer Kit (Type A), the flashPAGE Fractionator, and Decade™ Markers. Each lot of flashPAGE Pre-cast Gels is randomly sampled and tested for RNase and DNase contamination.
flashPAGE Buffer Kit (Type A)
The flashPAGE Buffer Kit (Type A) is a specially formulated set of gel loading and running buffers for use with Ambion’s flashPAGE Fractionator and flashPAGE Pre-cast Gels (Type A) for gel purification of nucleic acids <40 nt.
Components
Sufficient reagents are provided for 20 standard flashPAGE reactions with flashPAGE Pre-cast Gels (Type A).
Each buffer kit includes:
5 ml flashPAGE Upper Running Buffer A
10 ml flashPAGE Lower Running Buffer A
1.4 ml flashPAGE Gel Loading Buffer A40
