John Dahler Joins Ambion as CFO
Austin, TX, January 26, 2004 – Ambion, Inc., announced that John Dahler has been named Chief Financial Officer,
effective February 2, 2004.

recent growth has positioned the company for a number of
interesting possibilities, and John's expertise will contribute
to our strategic direction over the next few years, says

John Dahler has approximately 20 years experience in accounting
and finance, most recently with Promega, Corp. He has also
held several senior level positions in finance for Fiskars
Consumer Products and The Pillsbury Company.
