Information We Collect From You
Personally Identifying Information. When you fill out an online order or registration form on our Site, we may collect personal contact information such as your name, address, company name and address, e-mail address and billing details. In addition, environmental variables (such as Internet Protocol addresses) for system administration of our Site and aggregate visitor information are recorded. consent from a fully informed donor or a member of the donor's
family.
